Who handles your data
The data controller is NK Zagreb City, Borongajska cesta 83d, 10000 Zagreb. For any question about your personal data, email info@zagrebcity.hr.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the forms on this website:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Academy enrollment: the parent's name, the child's name and year of birth, email address, phone number, and a note if you add one.
Why we use it
We use the details from the contact form only to reply to you. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
We use the enrollment details to contact you about joining and to arrange a first training session. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@zagrebcity.hr.
We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
Who else sees it
Messages and enrollments reach the club by email. For this we use two service providers that process data only on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep messages until the question is dealt with, and no longer than 12 months. If the child does not join, we delete the enrollment details no later than 12 months after receiving them. If the child joins the club, the details become part of the member record.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. For security and to keep the site running, the hosting provider briefly logs technical details of each visit, such as the IP address and browser type.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it or restrict its use, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Just email info@zagrebcity.hr.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
